You'll assist with smooth operations by keeping lines moving, supporting performers, and helping fans capture the moment. Duties Include:

– Serving as a point of contact for performers during autograph sessions

– Guiding and managing fan lines to maintain a fun, safe flow

– Taking photos for guests with their phones or cameras

– Coordinating with Airsho staff to manage timing and performer

Be part of the refresh crew! As a Hydration Station Volunteer, you'll help keep guests cool and energized by: -Selling beverages and handling cash/card transactions -Restocking drinks and supplies as needed -Providing friendly, helpful service to every guest

As a Military Check-In Volunteer, you will be the first point of welcome for active-duty military personnel and their dependents. Your role includes greeting guests, verifying military IDs, and providing wristbands for free entry into the airsho. This position is key in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth check-in experience for our honored military families.

As a Kids Check-In / Lost Wristband Volunteer, you will help ensure the safety of young guests by placing wristbands on children and recording a parent or guardian’s phone number. This helps families quickly reconnect if a child becomes separated during the airsho. Your friendly interaction and attention to detail provide peace of mind for parents and a safe, welcoming experience for kids.

Be the first to welcome guests to the MSSG Amigo Airsho! As a Gate Check-In Volunteer, you’ll help create a smooth, friendly entry experience by scanning attendees and ensuring they feel right at home from the start.

As a Handler for Mascots & Gate Greeters, you’ll play a key role in creating a fun, family-friendly atmosphere at Amigo Airsho. You’ll help guide and support on-site mascots while also greeting attendees, answering questions, and spreading excitement from the moment they arrive.

Duties Include:

– Guiding mascots throughout the event and assisting with crowd interaction

– Providing hospitality and breaks for mascot performers (water, cooling, etc.)

– Welcoming guests at the entrance gates with a positive attitude

– Answering questions and directing guests to key areas

FOD Prevention – Keep the Skies Safe

Airshows depend on strict Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention programs to protect pilots and aircraft. Volunteers play a vital role by walking the ramp and runway before and during the event to remove any loose items—no matter how small. Even something small can cause serious damage if ingested by an aircraft engine. Your attention to detail helps ensure a safe and successful Airsho for everyone!

Support smooth event operations by monitoring radio communications and ensuring clear coordination. Your attentiveness will be key to our team’s success. Join us and play a pivotal role in our team’s success!

Be the friendly face that sets the tone for every volunteer’s day! As a Volunteer Check-In Ambassador, you’ll play a key leadership role in welcoming and supporting our incredible volunteer teams at Amigo Airsho. From check-in to on-site guidance, you’ll ensure our volunteers feel informed, appreciated, and ready to soar.

Duties Include:

– Greeting volunteers and managing check-in at the start of each shift

– Distributing T-shirts, credentials, and assignment details

– Providing instructions and answering questions

– Coordinating with Airsho staff to track attendance and updates

– Helping volunteers feel valued and supported throughout the day

Be a helping hand and a friendly face! As a Guest Services & ADA Support Volunteer, you’ll ensure all Airsho guests, especially those with disabilities or special needs, have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.

Duties Include:

– Greeting guests and answering questions about event amenities

– Assisting ADA guests with directions, seating, and accessibility needs

– Providing information about restrooms, hydration stations, and shuttle routes

– Monitoring assigned areas to ensure guests are comfortable and supported

– Escalating any issues to Airsho staff when needed

As a Trade Sho Volunteer, you’ll assist exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors in setting up and managing their booths throughout the event. You'll be the go-to contact for logistics, setup support, and day-of coordination.

Duties Include:

– Assisting with arrival, setup, and breakdown of exhibitor and vendor booths

– Guiding Trade Sho participants to their assigned locations

– Serving as a liaison between exhibitors and Airsho staff

– Delivering event materials or supplies as needed

– Troubleshooting and communicating logistics needs during the event

Help fuel the fun! As a Food & Beverage Volunteer, you’ll be a key point of contact for our amazing food and drink vendors. You’ll assist with setup, provide directions and support during the event, and ensure vendors have what they need to serve Airsho guests smoothly and successfully.

Duties Include:

– Guiding vendors during arrival and setup

– Assisting with booth/station setup as needed

– Serving as a friendly point of contact for vendor questions and needs

– Helping ensure event guidelines are followed

– Communicating with Airsho staff to resolve any vendor issues

As a Sponsor Exhibits Volunteer, you’ll assist key Airsho sponsors with booth setup, logistics, and on-site support to ensure their presence is smooth, engaging, and professional. You’ll help create a positive experience that strengthens our community partnerships and enhances the overall guest experience.

Duties Include:

– Assisting with sponsor arrival, booth setup, and teardown

– Guiding sponsors to their designated exhibit areas

– Serving as the main point of contact between sponsors and Airsho staff

– Checking in periodically to provide support, supplies, or answer questions

– Helping ensure sponsor activations are accessible, tidy, and guest-friendly

As a Static Aircraft Volunteer, you’ll help guests explore aircraft displays safely and knowledgeably. You’ll be stationed near iconic planes and helicopters, guiding foot traffic, and helping create a fun, educational experience for all ages.

Duties Include:

– Monitoring and guiding guests around static aircraft displays

– Ensuring safety rules are followed

– Answering basic questions or directing guests to info signage

– Assisting pilots or display crews with crowd interaction as needed

– Supporting setup and takedown of display barriers or signs

Help assist with organizing and guiding crew members to their hotel shuttle! Volunteers will be stationed at Gate 9B to help direct crew to the shuttle pick up area. If the shuttle is not operating from 9B, volunteers will help communicate the alternate pick-up location and assist in guiding the crew there. Great opportunity to support our hardworking crew and keep everything running smoothly!

Help our performers feel at home while they’re in town! As a Performer Lodging Volunteer, you'll support the coordination and hospitality experience for Airsho performers staying in El Paso. From hotel check-ins to transportation support, you’ll be the go-to helper behind the scenes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming stay.

Duties Include:

– Assisting with hotel check-in/check-out coordination

– Greeting performers upon arrival (as needed)

– Delivering welcome packets or information to lodging locations

– Communicating any needs or concerns to Airsho staff

– Providing light local guidance or recommendations if requested

As an Airsho Compound Volunteer, you’ll support the behind-the-scenes hub that powers the event. The Compound is home base for staff and volunteers your help ensures this critical zone runs smoothly, stays organized, and supports those making the magic happen in the skies and on the ground. SET UP & TEAR DOWN

Duties Include:

– Assisting with setup and organization of the Compound area (tents, signage, supplies)

– Stocking and maintaining hospitality stations (snacks, drinks, supplies)

– Monitoring compound cleanliness and reporting needs or issues

– Greeting team members, providing directions, and offering on-site assistance

As a Safety Volunteer, you’ll assist the operations team by promoting a safe environment for all guests, volunteers, performers, and staff. Your role is essential in identifying potential hazards, guiding attendees, and supporting quick, calm responses to any on-site issues.

Duties Include:

– Monitoring assigned zones for safety concerns or crowd control needs

– Reporting hazards, injuries, or suspicious activity to appropriate staff

– Assisting with the flow of foot traffic in busy areas and emergency access points

– Supporting lost child or missing person protocols as needed

– Providing general guidance to guests and helping enforce basic safety policies

As a Media/Photographer Tent Volunteer, you’ll assist in managing the Airsho Media Tent—a central hub for journalists, photographers, and broadcasters covering the event. Your help ensures the media has everything they need for smooth operations, helping showcase the excitement of Airsho to the world. Duties Include:

– Greeting media personnel and assisting with check-in and credential verification

– Providing information on event schedules, locations, and key contacts

– Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace with refreshments

– Coordinating with Airsho staff to relay media requests or updates

– Helping manage press materials, media kits, and signage

As a Whiskey Tango Pre-Sho Party Volunteer, you’ll help create an unforgettable kickoff event that sets the tone for the entire Airsho experience. Your support ensures smooth operations, excellent guest service, and a vibrant atmosphere as attendees gather to celebrate before the big show.

Duties Include:

– Assisting with event setup and teardown, including decorations, seating, and staging

– Greeting guests and managing check-in or ticket verification

– Supporting beverage and food service areas, ensuring guests have what they need

– Helping coordinate entertainment logistics, such as live music or special appearances

– Monitoring the event flow and providing assistance to guests and staff as needed

– Ensuring compliance with safety and venue policies

As a Crew Bash Party Volunteer, you’ll help organize and support the exclusive event honoring Airsho’s pilots, crew members, volunteers, and staff. Your role ensures a fun, safe, and memorable celebration for the hardworking individuals who make the show possible.

Duties Include:

– Assisting with setup and teardown of the event space, including decorations and seating

– Greeting guests and managing check-in or RSVP lists

– Supporting food and beverage service stations

– Coordinating entertainment logistics and event activities

– Monitoring the event to ensure guest safety and comfort – Helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment

As a Survivor Party Volunteer, you’ll help wind down the Airsho weekend by supporting a relaxed and joyful gathering for volunteers, staff, and crew who made it all happen. Your role ensures a smooth, welcoming celebration where everyone can relax, recharge, and toast to a successful show.

Duties Include:

– Assisting with setup and teardown of the party space, including décor and seating

– Greeting guests and managing check-in or RSVP lists

– Supporting food and beverage stations

– Coordinating entertainment or guest activities as needed

– Monitoring the event to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

– Helping keep the area clean and organized throughout the event
