Be a helping hand and a friendly face! As a Guest Services & ADA Support Volunteer, you’ll ensure all Airsho guests, especially those with disabilities or special needs, have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.
Duties Include:
– Greeting guests and answering questions about event amenities
– Assisting ADA guests with directions, seating, and accessibility needs
– Providing information about restrooms, hydration stations, and shuttle routes
– Monitoring assigned areas to ensure guests are comfortable and supported
– Escalating any issues to Airsho staff when needed
