As a Trade Sho Volunteer, you’ll assist exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors in setting up and managing their booths throughout the event. You'll be the go-to contact for logistics, setup support, and day-of coordination.
Duties Include:
– Assisting with arrival, setup, and breakdown of exhibitor and vendor booths
– Guiding Trade Sho participants to their assigned locations
– Serving as a liaison between exhibitors and Airsho staff
– Delivering event materials or supplies as needed
– Troubleshooting and communicating logistics needs during the event
