As a Sponsor Exhibits Volunteer, you’ll assist key Airsho sponsors with booth setup, logistics, and on-site support to ensure their presence is smooth, engaging, and professional. You’ll help create a positive experience that strengthens our community partnerships and enhances the overall guest experience.
Duties Include:
– Assisting with sponsor arrival, booth setup, and teardown
– Guiding sponsors to their designated exhibit areas
– Serving as the main point of contact between sponsors and Airsho staff
– Checking in periodically to provide support, supplies, or answer questions
– Helping ensure sponsor activations are accessible, tidy, and guest-friendly
