As a Media/Photographer Tent Volunteer, you’ll assist in managing the Airsho Media Tent—a central hub for journalists, photographers, and broadcasters covering the event. Your help ensures the media has everything they need for smooth operations, helping showcase the excitement of Airsho to the world. Duties Include:
– Greeting media personnel and assisting with check-in and credential verification
– Providing information on event schedules, locations, and key contacts
– Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace with refreshments
– Coordinating with Airsho staff to relay media requests or updates
– Helping manage press materials, media kits, and signage
